The campaign "Double Standards" aims to shed light on and address the pervasive issue of gender inequality in our society. It brings attention to the fact that men are often paid more than women for the same job, women bear a disproportionate burden of housework, and men face a lack of sympathy when experiencing harassment compared to women.
These examples illustrate the existence of double standards that are widely accepted in our daily lives. These double standards, rooted in gender stereotypes and prejudices, place undue pressure on individuals, limit opportunities, and hinder everyone's pursuit of happiness.
Genderation Vietnam has launched the "Double Standards" Campaign, which seeks to create a "double standard identification manual" to delve deeper into these everyday occurrences that perpetuate gender discrimination. By joining this campaign, you can contribute to the efforts aimed at eliminating such harmful double standards and promoting gender equality for all.
