The project provides hands-on coaching for core members of its partners on developing and implementing advocacy and influencing plans. The project promotes evidenced-based policy briefs to the Ministry of Labour, invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), as well as guidelines and tools on mainstreaming gender sensitivity and gender responsiveness into government-led COVID-19 recovery programmes.
