This book aims to record the implementation process and achievements of the GRAISEA 2 project. Despite challenges, GRAISEA 2 has achieved significant results, showcasing the right approach and direction to address urgent issues in the rice and shrimp value chain. Importantly, the project's success is attributed to the commitment of farmers, support from the business community, cooperation from local authorities, and the dedication of long-term partners, which enabled the mobilization of essential knowledge, expertise, and resources.
The project was funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation (SIDA) / Swedish Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand and implemented by Oxfam in Vietnam in collaboration with the Research center for Resource and Rural development (RECERD), Centre for Marinelife Conservation and Community Development (MCD), the International Collaborating Centre for Aquaculture and Fisheries Sustainability (ICAFIS), and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
