With the mission of finding creative, humane, environment- and community-centered business ideas, Oxfam in Vietnam and GreenHub organised the Green Superstar contest. On March 26, the Persuasion Round of the contest took place in Hanoi, with the participation of 12 small and medium enterprises from all over the country.
The following 7 businesses have excellently convinced the judges and won the contest's prizes:
- 1 Green Superstar Award worth 10,000EUR: DACE enterprise, with a project to research and test Grass Management methods on ginger and spice crops in the Northern mountainous region
- 2 Green Star Awards worth 5,000EUR each: Duc Khoi Ngoc Chan and Minh Hong businesses
- 4 Star of Hope Award worth 2,700EUR each: Mitecom, An Bien, Pun Coffee and Vien Minh businesses
After receiving the awards, the businesses will start implementing the proposals in the project areas. Green ideas will be incubated, towards a circular economy and sustainable values.
The Green Superstar contest is part of the Enterprising for Development (EFD) project.

Doanh nghiệp xanh hướng tới tác động xã hội
Với sứ mệnh tìm kiếm các ý tưởng kinh doanh sáng tạo, nhân văn, lấy môi trường, cộng đồng làm trung tâm, Oxfam tại Việt Nam và GreenHub đã tổ chức cuộc thi Siêu Sao Xanh. Ngày 26/3 vừa qua, Vòng Thuyết phục của cuộc thi đã diễn ra tại Hà Nội, với sự tham gia của 12 doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ đến từ mọi miền đất nước.
7 doanh nghiệp sau đã xuất sắc chinh phục ban giám khảo và giành giải thưởng của cuộc thi:
- 1 Giải Siêu Sao Xanh trị giá 10.000EUR: doanh nghiệp DACE, với dự án nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm phương pháp Quản lý Cỏ trên các ruộng gừng và cây gia vị tại vùng miền núi phía Bắc
- 2 Giải Sao Xanh trị giá 5.000EUR: các doanh nghiệp Đức Khôi Ngọc Chẩn và Minh Hồng
- 4 Giải Sao Hy Vọng trị giá 2.700EUR: các doanh nghiệp Mitecom, An Biên, Pun Coffee và Viên Minh
Sau khi nhận giải thưởng, các doanh nghiệp sẽ bước vào giai đoạn triển khai đề xuất tại địa bàn dự án. Những ý tưởng xanh sẽ được ươm mầm, hướng tới nền kinh tế tuần hoàn và những giá trị bền vững.
