Oxfam organization in Vietnam

Oxfam is a global movement for an equal world, free of poverty and injustice. Oxfam has 21 member organizations working in 70 countries.
Oxfam in Vietnam believes that poverty, injustice, and inequality are reduced when there is an interaction between active citizens, responsible government, and the private sector. This is also the foundation for the development of Vietnam. Oxfam in Vietnam aims to advocate for a shift from a growth-focused development model to a Human Economy development model, built on nine core elements: (1) measuring what's really makes sense from the perspective of inequality and multidimensional poverty, unpaid care work, and the environment; (2) regulate the market, not let the market dominate; (3) end extreme wealth; (4) progressive tax; (5) universal public service; (6) gender equality; (7) decent work with fair and living wages for workers; (8) responsible and inclusive business models; (9) citizen participation.
