External Audit for “Phase 2: Expanding Migrant Workers’ Collective Voice in Vietham to Promote Social Protection Policy Changes”

Financial Period: 1 May 2020 – 30 June 2023.

Audit scope:

• The auditor is expected to conduct an audit of the “income and expenditure report” of the project A-05328 and to express an audit opinion according to ISA 800/805.
• Agreed upon the procedure ISRS 4400.
• The auditor will pay more attention to verifying MNET and their local partner’s income/expenditures in order to find down any fraud/misused ofmoney if any.
• The auditor will carry out checking with beneficiaries/suppliers or other third parties if there is any suspicion of fraud, misused of money (required field visit to project site)

Expected deliverable:

Audited financial report & management letter (2 original copies in English and 2 original copies in Vietnamese).

Timelines:

The auditor and Oxfam can discuss more details for the most convenient time and arrangement for both parties.

Expected time to receive proposal is by 20/03/2023.

Expected time to work after July 1st, 2023.

Audit fees

Audit fees will be negotiated with the external auditor.
